Benchmark the energy performance of your buildings
Users can use an extensive Benchmark in ErbisOne. As soon as your organization has imported the data from your buildings and/or parts of the building into ErbisOne, you can get started with the Benchmark. With this functionality, you have an overview of the energy performance of your buildings and building components in one overview and you can carry out a comparative study in which you can compare the performance of buildings and building parts in an unambiguous way.
Why does benchmarking make sense?
For organizations with multiple buildings, or with only one large building with different departments and where different processes take place, it is interesting to be able to compare the energy performance of the different buildings or building parts by means of a benchmark. With a benchmark, your organization gets direct insight into the best and worst performing buildings or building parts. You can see which buildings or building parts are performing well energetically and which parts may need to be further optimized. In some buildings, 'poor energy performance' is easy to explain, but in many cases poor performance raises questions. By investigating this more closely, it becomes clear which buildings or parts of the building need extra attention. By also analysing the high-performing buildings in more detail, success factors are determined. With this knowledge, the organization can improve the energy performance of other buildings.

How does ErbisOne Benchmark work?
ErbisOne was created by experienced developers with extensive knowledge of monitoring and energy management. This is clearly reflected in the platform. The Benchmark, like all other ErbisOne solutions, is flexible and easy to use. It's easy to create a benchmark based on data relevant to your organization.
Choose the energy flows that are present in your buildings
With the Benchmark, your buildings are compared with each other based on the energy flows present (such as electricity, gas, water, heat, etc.). You can easily select these energy flows in the ErbisOne Portal. After that, select the period in which the comparison should take place. Then you make a choice between 'a comparison of the totals' or 'a comparison compared to the surface of the buildings'. With the latter choice, you make an extra accurate comparison.
Comparison with consumption of the previous year
In addition to a comparison per energy flow, the Benchmark also provides the possibility of a single total overview (see below). This not only gives you insight into all energy flows per building, but also makes a comparison with the consumption of the previous year. This gives you insight into the energy performance of the current year and insight into the buildings with the least and most progress.
